Cv, I got a Ford Extracare extended warranty. I went with $50 deductible to keep the cost down. It covers drivetrain, air conditioning and electronics. There is a basic level and a premium level. The extra level is in the middle. All of them cover the air conditioning, but for a few dollars...
I just extended the warranty on my 15 to 7 years and 60K miles for a little over $700. That's half the cost of an evaporator replacement for that very reason.
I have tried jacking it and not jacking it. As soon as I tighten the clamps, both pipes move toward the outside. Guess I will try to get some physical help to hold them while I tighten. I'm about ready to fire up the torch.
OK, guys. I hate to have to ask, but I need help. I'm installing a MBRP Street Stainless on a 2015 GT and I'm having trouble getting the tips to line up. I have been wrestling this system for two days. No matter how well I get them aligned, as soon as I tighten the clamps, both tips get pushed...
From what I have read in this thread, you guys seem to think that the iMrc valves close proportionaly based on voltage. I always thought that they were either open or closed. If they are proportional, how are they controlled?
I appreciate the answer Jason. As an FYI to everyone, I found that the blower will come out without removing the glove box. It helps if you can stand on your head.
