  1. Irresponsible driving = crashed Shelby

I think the only thing worse than a "car-bro" who know's nothing about cars is a "youtube car-bro" that knows nothing about cars and wants everyone to see. Also way to ruin that car ahead of time with the aftermarket crap put on it. Edit: Actually Subaru STI Bro with a Vape Pen is the worst.
  2. Undriveable Rev Hang with JLT CAI and BAMA tune. (2020 PP2)

Another route is you could get either the Roush or FP Powerpack and have peace of mind that these calibrations were worked on with the OEM.
  3. SavageGeese's 2020 GT500 in-depth review "Where does it end?"

Wait, you mean they aren't going to do the stupid "here's what my car is worth at carmax video?"
  4. Suggestions for Trucks with towing capacity

You could get yourself a matching tow vehicle like I have.... Realistically, for pulling an S550 on a trailer an appropriately equipped 1/2 ton will do. If you're looking at a 2009 or so F150 I'd avoid the 5.4 Triton like the plague as they like to spit out spark plugs as the heads were not...
  5. RACE RED S550 MUSTANG Thread

Recent update, also included my Porsche 911 GT3 RS lego car as well:
  6. [Anonymous POLL] GT Owners...how much do you make a year?

I've kind of narrowed it down to a 991.2 GTS in with a PDK as its got enough GT3 DNA while not going "full racecar" (also the wife is requesting some kind of an "automatic"). As for my Mustang & Truck I'm very happy with where they are and the balance of each vehicle. Most of my mods are either...
  7. [Anonymous POLL] GT Owners...how much do you make a year?

I do well, my wife is on track to do even better here in the near future. Probably looking at another toy down the road in a Porsche 911.
  8. Flitz ceramic spray

That's because installing Ceramic is a specialized skill and not really for the do it yourselfer which is why our customers are professional detail shops. We're currently working on a presence where we sell to the "prosumer" which would be individuals such as yourself that want to do their own...
  9. Flitz ceramic spray

I own a company where we distribute ceramic products and polishes to detail shops. FYI most of these ceramic sprays will only last a few months vs years is a professionally installed ceramic coating. With these sprays your mileage will vary which can be impacted by things like the environment...
  10. Roush Catbacks 2 months behind =(

    I had the race version.
  11. Roush Catbacks 2 months behind =(

Agreed, this exhaust came on my car when I purchased it. Just indiscriminately spews noise and the quality wasn't great (no where near OEM quality). I switched to the FP by Borla sport. MBRP's are cheap and you really get what you pay for.
  12. Tune recommendations

Really depends on your risk tolerance. Personally I'm an OEM guy and stuck with roush power packs for both my F150 and mustang. There are other aftermarket options out there that will likely make more power but don't go through the validation testing that the FP and roush PP calibrations go...
  13. Would you change you mind if you could reverse your Mustang Purchase?

Nah, I likely could sell it for more than I originally paid for it....
  14. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

Don't worry, some aftermarket company will come out with an ill fitting hood to ruin the aero.
  15. Exhaust install... MBRP Race

When I bought my car it had the MBRP race on it. Sounded horrible, had a horrific drone inside the car, it can best be described as just indiscriminately spewing out noise at all RPM's. I replaced it with the Ford Performance Sport exhaust, it was best described by my wife as sounding "tuned"...
  16. What other cars did you consider before you decided on your Mustang?

That's what originally came in my car. Kind of just felt it was just a noise maker. Where as the FP sounds specialized and "right" for the car. Plus it got rid of the horrible drone on the highway....
  17. What other cars did you consider before you decided on your Mustang?

I really like the exhaust, both vehicles have the sport version. I constantly get comments on the mustang exhaust. On the truck it's quite muted because I have the 3.5 Ecoboost, so it kind of sounds like a Gen 2 raptor. Hood vents are roush, I'm pretty much a sucker for anything from either the...
  18. What other cars did you consider before you decided on your Mustang?

No problem, just went outside and took these. Mustang just got a Roush Matte black spoiler as well as showing off the ford performance exhaust with the GT350 Valence. Last weekend put the fender flares on the truck, performance wise it has a Roush Powerpack, Ford Performance Dual exhaust, Fox...
  19. What other cars did you consider before you decided on your Mustang?

So my story is I got divorced, and got the camping trailer and the truck. I was originally going to live in the trailer full time but decided against the idea because I had kids. I sold the trailer and was going to sell the truck and get an Audi S4. I drove the S4, and thought it was a really...
  20. This is the brand new 2021 Mustang Mach-1

This isn't a likely scenario as even the GT350's peak power happens at 7300-7500 RPM with a rev happy flat plane crank engine. While it is possible for the Gen 3 5.0 to reach 500hp NA I have a hard time believing that Ford as an OEM would be willing to eat into their safety factor to achieve it...
