Hey guys - annual thread here. I supercharged my car earlier in the year and this is the first winter on the new setup. I plan to put my car away for a while until at least April.
Question - in my tank now is 91 octane mixed with boostane to make it 93 octane. In the past I used to just put...
are those bike tires on your car man? They look freaking stretched... normally its guys putting too big of tires on small wheels. You are putting a too small of a tire on an already small wheel
is so, you'll probably just have to live with it or you'll drive yourself crazy trying to get it fixed
I've tried the suggestions Whipple provided and not one has worked completely. Mine is prevalent at start up and it goes away within a few minutes. With hood closed, you can barely hear it.
I got 305/35/19 Nitto NT05R's myself. I'm just over 700whp with whipple stage 2. I'll spin first and top of second at about 6500rpm but it'll dead hook in 3rd
Great tires IMO, don't expect them to last long though
My 2015 GT PP Whipple Stage 2 laid down 675whp on stock whipple pulley 3.75 on 91 octane and 2800' elevation. You should be able to hit over 700 whp on 93 at lower elevation easily with similar setup.
If you don’t know what sending it is, you probably also have a name for your car. Which is super creepy by the way
Force induction or nothing in my opinion. Coyotes love boost
