I don't see any reason it wouldn't work. An SSD is going to be much lower power than a HDD so I don't think power would be an issue. I'm not sure how much storage you need, but an SSD for music seems a bit overkill. I would pick up a flash drive instead. I got a 64GB flash drive for like...

Definitely take a look at the Solo Mach XV. I just installed on my car a few weeks ago, absolutely love the sound. There's a ton of videos out there of the exhaust, check them out.

Hey I've been looking at the solo systems for my 2016 GT. I keep going back and fourth between the XV and the Thunder. Can anyone shed some light on how much louder the Thunder is compared to the XV? Thanks!
