If you want to look at my tail....here it is....
  2. Whats a Little Thing You Love and a Little Thing You Hate?

I thought it was just me!! My back sweats after a long ride in this car, more than other cars I have driven.
  3. Whats a Little Thing You Love and a Little Thing You Hate?

New to the forum so excuse my lack of background. I understand there have been problems with past Getrag Trannies, but they are a very respected company doing business with top auto makers, correct? Have they improved the tranny at all since the problems? What years are affected?
  4. Front license plates

Mine hit approaching a huge speed bump in a parking lot.
  5. Front license plates

Where did you get it? That sounds like what I need. My front end is only 3 inches off the ground
  6. 2019 Mustang GT (Manual) auto rev matching

Whoa....not being an asshole at all. Hope u didn’t take it like that
  7. 2019 Mustang GT (Manual) auto rev matching

Please...this is not a boomer thing. I am a boomer and am PERFECTLY OK using the installed system and do not want to get into the nuances of double clutching and the impact on clutch wear. I drive the car the way it was designed, downshift when my instincts tell me to and brake when I am going...
  8. What impact will battery weight have on future real Mustangs if Hybrid or full EV?

I agree it is more efficient but I question how people assume it is very much more efficient. The power has to be generated from somewhere so unless they are off the grid and going straight off solar, it is not as efficient as the EV sellers would like you to believe.
  9. What impact will battery weight have on future real Mustangs if Hybrid or full EV?

My question has always been this: We have to charge the batteries from household power that is supplied from for the most part fossil fuels. I am not smart enough to know how that converts, but my general knowledge tells me that if you convert fossil fuels to battery power and then use the...
  10. Anyone with 302 emblems on GT fenders?

Agree!! I worked as an Nuclear Operator in the Navy and all our measurements were in metric. It is much easier to convert and do math for sure. Just makes sens
  11. Anyone with 302 emblems on GT fenders?

I don’t GAF either. I was just responding to people feeling inclined to tell the original poster that he had a 307 vs a 302. It is a distinction without a difference. I let myself get caught up trying to defend the guy since 302 is perfectly ok.
  12. Anyone with 302 emblems on GT fenders?

I give up. I guess the fact that we Americans did not fully embrace the metric system is why we are have if this discussion. You do all realize that the slightest change like a slightly larger gasket or seal could creat 5 cubic inches of difference, but ok. I concede. WOW
  13. Anyone with 302 emblems on GT fenders?

I am not opposed to the 5.0 or the 302 being used since it is basically a traditional thing with Ford. I just don't understand why anyone cares what is used as the measurement. When they drastically change the car but still call it the same name, even though it is technically a different car...
  14. Anyone with 302 emblems on GT fenders?

Consistency is fine...so all the cars with a 5.0 badge should change it to 5.035 then? Because that is the actual displacement of the engine.
  15. Anyone with 302 emblems on GT fenders?

I would not be opposed to that for the 4.6 Liter Triton engines they used for a while. Pretty much the same engine size.
  16. Anyone with 302 emblems on GT fenders?

Not to be argumentative but....a liter is equal to 61.023 cubic inches. 4.95 Liters is equal to 302 cubic inches. 5 liters equals 307 cubic inches. So....while 4.95 and 5.0 are both considered 5.0 liters without argument, 302 vs 307 are debated while they are exactly the same volumetric...
  17. Front license plates

For those states, like my State of NJ that require front license plates, what you guys and gals doing about showing a front plate without drilling into the front fascia? I want to avoid the 100 dollar ticket but not drill into my car.
  18. Anyone with 302 emblems on GT fenders?

Here Here goes this argument again. By that logic, past Coyote engines should not be called 5.0 Engines. They rounded up to 5. 302 is just used as a historical homage to the original engine that started it.
  19. Stock 2021 Mach 1 vs Stock 2021 GT

I didn't start smack talking. I was pointing out my preferences. It never got personal with me until I was attacked. I get what you are saying though
  20. Stock 2021 Mach 1 vs Stock 2021 GT

    You are a child.
