Cars registered in Ohio still, they require a front plate but when I ordered it, I made sure it wasn't drilled. I've never had any cop give me trouble about no plate, lights tinted, windshield tinted, or Windows tinted. In either sc or Ohio. And I'm the laws are pretty similar in both.

Got time to get my gt350 wheel installed! Forgot to push the orange tab in all the way the first time and had the airbag light stay on. Took it back out, pushed it in, and now it's good to go :D

I didn't buy it due to having the euro reverse setup, but this video seems pretty self explanatory IMO. [ame]
