Is that all tires or just the ones from the factory? I never took it easy on replacements for 300 miles

So Im technically within my break in period @ 240 miles. I did my first 1-> 2 shift at 6k and the back end got really loose. I figured w/275mm PP tires in the back, it would hook up better. Is this normal? I'm in GA and it's 68 degrees today. Do they coat the tires with something?
