Gotcha, must have just been the just and lighting throwing me off. You should use lug nuts with a bulge-style seat, extra surface area to increase clamp loads.

Is this our wheel? Hard to tell but that looks like gloss black, which we never made. I meant I'd never seen a wheel stud issue relating to our wheel. Aka the wheel didn't cause the issue. The amount of rust on your stud leads me to believe it was cracked for a while before finally giving up.

Factory torque spec with our wheels is a non-issue. In fact, I've never heard of a single wheel stud problem from a customer in the last six years (since I've been working here) with our wheels. To clear up some things mentioned so far as well in here.... - Lug nut torque is determined by the...

The spoke concavity is the same between the 9" and 10" wheels, they're both built off the same mold. Only difference is the backpad, with the 10" being thicker (and barrel width of course). I think you'll really like the 19x9" square setup, it's an awesome street setup for V6 and Ecoboost cars.
