I run stock exhaust manifolds, to help with heat, as I do not need every last ounce of HP. I run a Gibson cat back with stock cats. So far they are working great. I am pretty aggressive on fuel cutoff. Keeps the cats warm with lots of air flowing through.

The motion Ratio of the rear spring is .47 since the spring sits inboard of the shock and Ball joint. Effectively cuts the value in half as far as the force exerted to the chassis is concerned.
Aka Front 500 in/lbs and Rear 368 in/lbs which is close to what I am looking for. Bit higher than what I want as I am pretty close to that with my Stance X3s that need rebuilt and are rusty. Car handles great but could be a bit better on the way to work.
