Yes. I can reach them. What I am referring to is that band of tire at the top of the wheel well that is hard to get to when you are lowered. I don't have to move my car forward to get that strip when cleaning or tire dressing.
Same as when you are lowered and cannot reach a brush in to clean...
If you were closer. I would let you take it for a spin. Not saying it would make you want to rush out and get them yourself, but I think you would have a better understanding of not only what they offer look wise but also performance wise and be surprised.
Not picking on you at all but you bring up good points so I chose to use your post to respond.
What you state is why I think modern day, not the old hydraulics found on lowriders from the 90's is why they are the perfect setup for anything but hardcore race cars.
You do not float down the road...
The only reason I said it seemed fishy was this statement.
"This has been in the works for awhile now and as of next week, it will be available. I just wanted to get it out there now."
The s550 has been out for 3 years now and there has not been any mention of a vendor making these brackets...
How many of the people trashing bags ever ridden in a car with them?
My car is bagged and after many years of modding cars and having all kinds of suspension setups. Bags would be my first choice again, unless I was building a full blown track or drag racer.
Every one has a different opinion...
