The mustang transmission which is based on the ZF (as a licensed copy) may be slightly slower. Who knows... Anyway, I'm not sure how you can say it's laughable that the EB mustang could possibly do a 4.3 second 0-60 yet in the next sentence admit that a 3260-3300lb car with 240hp/258tq could do...

Regardless of how it feels to the muscle car v8 enthusiasts we're still talking about a car that AT WORST (going by the projected specs) will smoke a brand new 435i in a straight line or around the track and look just as good doing it for $15-20k less.

Is it just me or are those headlights alot different than what we've seen before? The EB you drove: What we've all seen before: Am I missing something here or are there multiple headlight designs on the production version?

To sum up the criticisms so far: Race Red/Ruby Red don't get the Saddle Interior People want to choose their own wheels, not pkg'd (who'd a thunk, right?) GT Convertibles can't get performance package (gauges, diff, tuning, brakes) but EB Convertibles can! :) No option for brembos only but new...

Guesses for the EB: 315hp 305tq. 22/34 mileage. I think that's totally realistic without being too optimistic. EDIT: i've since been expecting more around 320hp 320tq.

From the perspective of someone from Generation Y (mid 20's to early 30's) I think a lot of us are looking for the right balance between fun, bang for your buck, and practicality/economical. We're the same generation who may have struggled when buying our first home and then have the housing...

Hmm, I think i'd likely just sell the stockers and get something similiar in the aftermarket at 19" to save on tire costs.
