  1. Looks like we finally got that 3100 TVS update

You forgot to add the "freedom of speech" part too.....
  2. Jon Lund Jr. Discusses The Future of Tuning Modern Vehicles

Zero sympathy in this scenario. It's not like the EPA is enforcing a brand new law and deciding to retroactively enforce it. You took a calculated risk when you went down this route.
  3. Stainless Works no longer selling anything labeled "Offroad Use Only"

So let me get this straight, you not being able to run around catless is the beginning of the extermination of an entire race?
  4. Stainless Works no longer selling anything labeled "Offroad Use Only"

No complaints, the car was grandfathered in and is no longer manufactured.
  5. Stainless Works no longer selling anything labeled "Offroad Use Only"

I'm actually in agreement with you. I want there to be a legal path but that still retains emissions equipment on a street driven vehicle.
  6. Stainless Works no longer selling anything labeled "Offroad Use Only"

Same here, drove a friend's tesla last week and enjoyed the experience. I'm very interested in a mach-e GT now while still keeping my car & truck.
  7. Stainless Works no longer selling anything labeled "Offroad Use Only"

Why is this political to you? Enforcement of the law (which has been around for decades) ultimately serves the greater good. Running around on public roads with a cat deleted car is a non-starter. So what is your proposal for a reasonable path forward?
  8. Stainless Works no longer selling anything labeled "Offroad Use Only"

Feels like a Q-anon message board in some of these threads.....
  9. Looks like we finally got that 3100 TVS update

Is it really that difficult to understand the public benefit to you not being allowed to emit as much NOx & CO into the air as you please? Please cite your sources here, because this is NOT the way I understand it. It just won't be a free-for-all anymore with people deleting their cats/dpf/scr...
  10. Looks like we finally got that 3100 TVS update

I've managed to follow the rules and am perfectly happy. Seems like it's all the "catless cowboys" who are pitching a fit. Seriously, we have cars from the factory coming out with 700+ horsepower and options to get you there which are EO compliant. I still remember back when the C5 Zo6 came...
  11. Looks like we finally got that 3100 TVS update

Interesting to see what happens with VMP when literally all of their systems are "off road use only".
  12. Anyone else keeping their S550 at/near stock?

I tended to stick w/ OEM+ parts on mine. It's easy to go overboard and look like an autozone exploded all over your car.
  13. Strategies to keep cats from melting

If that were the case its unlikely that the predator would've utilized a 9.5:1 compression ratio. There's a lot of evidence in this thread showing that due to the coyote 2 & 3's high compression ratio could lead to early cat failure for a few reasons. 1. Improper COT strategy or leaving it...
  14. Strategies to keep cats from melting

It really is too bad that the Variable Compression tech like Nissan has in their VC Turbo engine isn't more mainstream as it seems like it would help solve some of these issues. I just don't forsee an OEM putting in the necessary R&D to do so as ICE's aren't long for this world.....
  15. Stainless Works no longer selling anything labeled "Offroad Use Only"

You and I haven't agreed much in the past, but I agree with you on this. 👍
  16. Strategies to keep cats from melting

Interesting, so for as much crap as the Roush/FP cal gets on this site it seems like they knew what they were doing (now the design itself of the gen 3 coyote blower is certainly up for debate).....
  17. Strategies to keep cats from melting

Interesting info Mike, I'm wondering what the values are on the FP/Roush cals?
