  1. Ford connectors

Some of the wiring connectors are off-the-shelf parts from companies like molex, some are unique to the wiring in question. Depends on exactly what you're looking for. You may be able to find just the connectors, maybe not.
  2. Differences in Shaker system and B&O system in newer Mustangs?

If you're gonna go to the trouble of swapping the speakers in the first place there's way better options out there than whatever Ford is installing at the factory. Even the "premium" speakers you get from OEMs are mostly garbage by aftermarket standards. Even if you keep the stock amp, you can...
  3. Ford connectors

Connectors to what, exactly? Are you talking about wiring harnesses to connect to the factory head unit? What stereo do you have in the car? Sync 3, or the older version?
  4. EcoBoost Sold: Brand New Mishimoto Intercooler, Black - Price Drop

I'm selling a brand-new in the plastic black Mishimoto intercooler. I ended up going a different route with my car, so now this one is just lampin' in my storage unit, taking up space. Price: $385 shipped anywhere in CONUS. If you're local to the LA area, meet me for a pickup and save 20 bucks...
  5. Heating and Cooljng seats in a PP

The cooling is better than nothing most of the time. I was thinking about opening up a vent in the seat cover on the back of the seat where the heat really seems to collect. There's other posts with different hacks floating around as well.
  6. Heating and Cooljng seats in a PP

If the car didn't come with that option from the factory I doubt the harnesses for it are present under the seats. In a car that came with them, there should be two wiring harnesses under the seats, one for the power seat motor and one for the heater/cooler. If those aren't there I'm guessing...
  7. Feedback on next engine mods

I have a DV+ on an auto, I think it was a worthwhile mod. The stock diverter valve really is super cheesy. It leaks boost. It's also not a particularly expensive mod. I noticed a slight difference afterward. The car seems to build boost a bit quicker and hold it a bit better. If you're gonna do...
  8. IRS subframe way out of alignment. How much of a pain in the ass will this be?

Yeah, that's exactly what I'll be installing myself. Seems the consensus is that it's not really difficult except in a couple one-off cases. Perhaps @Draklia has something not quite manufactured to spec on that car.
  9. IRS subframe way out of alignment. How much of a pain in the ass will this be?

So get the car up on stands, put the jack under the diff to keep the subframe from going anywhere, then slightly loosen all four bolts? Then remove the bolts one at a time, try to center the hole, install the delrin spacer and start re-threading the bolt? Sound about right?
  10. IRS subframe way out of alignment. How much of a pain in the ass will this be?

I'm gonna install some jacking rails first, so I'll have the jackstands on the jacking rails. If I can lift the subframe by the diff with the floor jack that should work.
  11. Precision-Turbonetics NX2 turbo EcoBoost build thread

Do you have to ditch the stock downpipe to make this turbo worth it?
  12. NEW SYNC 3.0 Build 20204 Nav Android Auto/Apple Carplay

Have him go to https://owner.ford.com, log in and download the correct update for his car. Try with that. If that doesn't work, have a look at this post: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/mem_err03-when-trying-to-update.100437/#post-2197698
  13. NEW SYNC 3.0 Build 20204 Nav Android Auto/Apple Carplay

Forgot to update this thread, but I did get the update to work. I definitely had the files extracted to a correctly formatted USB drive. When you plug in the drive and the head unit recognizes it, almost immediately a banner drops down across the top of the screen that says 'Software Update In...
  14. Audio Install - Looking for Feedback

I'd throw in another vote for the Fosgate DSR1. I wish that thing was around when I planned my install. Honestly I may end up installing one eventually anyway just for the EQ ability. I'm currently running a set of Image Dynamics 2-way components up front. I've got an NVX MVPA4 amp bridged down...
  15. IRS subframe way out of alignment. How much of a pain in the ass will this be?

What's the best place to hold up the the subframe? Just put the jack under the diff?
  16. White Madness Automatic Shifter

I love mine. I ended up just going with the chrome one to match the trim on the interior. 'Chrome' is a bit of a misnomer though. It's actually polished steel that's been clearcoated, it's not actually chromed. I still like it though, I think it looks and feels way better than the stock...
  17. IRS subframe way out of alignment. How much of a pain in the ass will this be?

I recently had the Ford track handling pack installed on my car. I'd seen plenty of examples of people running about a 1" drop with a similar wheel and tire combo to what I have (20" Velgen Classic 5, 10.5" width in back, 315/35/20 tires) with no rub whatsoever. Much to my dismay, I realized...
  18. Ford Performance Street Handling Pack Question?

I went with the track pack over the street pack. Honestly if the street pack is softer than what I have I wouldn't have been happy with it. The track pack is excellent. My car is my daily driver and I have no complaints at all as far as comfort goes. Looks better with the 1" drop, massive...
