Is it me or does the sound quality sound alot better through the andriod auto app then through regular bluetooth? I feel more bass and crisper sounds. Does the sound go through the cable or is it still through bluetooth when your phone is plugged in?

Unfortunately it wont pass the visual. It would def need an Executive order number for both the intake and for the throttle body for tech to pass it. They most likely wouldn't notice the tube being different but the filter would be a dead giveaway and cause the tech to do more investigation...
