Way too much money. The lights are really easy to do yourself, you just need a heat gun, squeegie and application fluid (soapy water works) There are plenty of how-to videos out there. Fair price for stripes should be 3 to 4 hundred using a quality vinyl like 3m or Avery.

My 12 gt HAD THIS PROBLEM, Ford told me it was normal. My 15 has burned about a quart in 6k miles since new. I'm OK with that, and I'm pretty sure at 10k miles it won't burn any more.
