I see no reason why you should stop. You're helping out other Mustang drivers here in Europe who want the red tail lights. There are US guys selling some parts, like grilles and so on, imo nothing wrong with it as long as this forum doesn't become a shop with the intension to make a lot of money!

I don't see no reason why, the GT has the strut tower brace anyway. In no way this can affect the pedestrian safety.

talked to my dealer again this morning, and everything will probably be all right in the end.... he will look for me for the Ford Racing lowering springs and the Ford Racing strut tower brace. I can expect an answer within a few days. Fingers crossed.
