Hahaha! That's great. When I had my 90 5.0 in Queens a few years ago, I'd take it through a car wash on occasion. When it would come out, the tires would be wet and the area where they dried off your car would be slick. I gunned it coming out of there one time and had it completely sideways...

Lots of good info here. How does this process work if you are ordering a car rather than buying off the lot? Would I go in with financing when I order, or does all of that happen when the car is ready? I've never ordered a car before.

Very cool! The first car I ever drove was one of those (stock of course). I learned to drive stick in that car and had lots of fun with friends. Ours was grey and we called it the Grey Ghost. We had it until Mother Nature decided to toss a deer at it.

I'd probably avoid Sunrise. Last time I was there they had $7000 mark up and when I asked the sales guy about x-plan he laughed in my face.
