I bought a Ford exec driven '18 EcoBoost coupe used 3.5 years ago as my daily driver. Best car I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving. Enough power to get me in trouble, great driving car, and decent fuel economy for long trips.
I had my dealer install the Ford Performance catch can on my 2018 Ecoboost when I bought the car used, the can is maybe 1/4 full when I check it about every 4000 miles.
My friend bought a 2021 Ecoboost and had the dealer install an aftermarket catch can. His can was filling every 1000 miles...
Snow will soon be history in Iowa, and I can take off the snow tires!
The '73 convertible in my other garage will get parked in the winter, assuming I get the restoration done , but I am going to enjoy driving this lady every day! Will be a tough choice when I have 2 Mustangs to choose...
I park my 2018 Mustang outside the building where I can see it out the window everytime I get up from my desk. Makes me smile each I stand up and look out the window....
Don't care what other people think, not looking to impress anyone. Bought another Mustang because I liked the 2008 V6...
One thing I don't see discussed much is what will happen when everyone comes home from work and plugs in their cars to charge. Our grid capacity is marginal now, with some states, like California, having rolling blackouts to reduce electrical usage. I don't see how we could support millions of...
I stumbled into a one owner convertible in my daughter's next-door-neighbor's garage that hadn't be driven since 1989. Lots of rust and dents, but everything is there.
I drive my 2018 Ecoboost every day, best car I have ever owned. Great fuel economy and plenty of power to get me into trouble if I'm not careful. I am old enough and have lived through 2 cancers (so far) so I am driving my car. Starting a restore on a 1973 mustang convertible, when that is...
I don't have a name for my 2018, haven't thought of a name that fits her. I did name the 1973 convertible I have started restoring "Kiki", the nickname of the wife (with her permission) of the original owner.
All you need is the correct equipment and you can drive your Mustang in the Winter. I have new snow tires on a spare set of rims, and a buy a couple bags of water softener salt to carry. This shot is when I removed the snow tires last March.
I didn't buy this car to look at, it's too much fun...
I bought my Mustang used and plan to drive it year round. Bought a set of wheels and Michelin X-Ice tires 2 winters ago from Tire Rack. If it gets bad I could borrow my wife's Explorer 4x4, After 2 Iowa winters it haven't left my car in the garage yet. The lack of a spare tire leaves room for...
Asking out of curiosity, since a coworker asked the question. If the starter on a manual equipped Mustang were to fail, would you be able to push start the car to get it running until the starter was replaced? I have no idea if the electronic controls would allow this to happen.
I have the A10...
I bought mine a year old as a Ford exec driven car with 10k miles on it. Has the DD, which came in the package with the heated steering wheel. Love both, especially on cold winter mornings!
I have purchased every new car I have owned from a small town Ford dealer about 30 miles away from where I now live. I drive by the big local Ford dealer because they have a reputation for screwing people. My dealer knows me by name when I walk in the dealership, and he depends upon repeat...
Working on my 3rd Mustang
2008 V6 Auto Convertible
2018 EcoBoost Auto Coupe
1973 302 Auto Convertible
The 1973 hasn't been out of the original owners garage since 1989, it is waiting for me to haul home once the virus simmers down.
