I bought the 300ml bottle. Dumped the whole bottle in. The manual says it will last for 30000 miles. If the tick comes back after the next change, I will add Ceratec again.

Second day after liqui moly ceratec. The BBQ tick is gone. Engine sounds like it should now. So I assume the tick is lubrication issue.

I bought Liquid Moly Ceratec and the tick is gone. I will test it further, but it seems to do the trick.

I found XL-18 but I don't know what it is actually for. XL-17 is discontinued. LOL Ford can't fix the issue anymore... Can't we find out somehow what the XL-17 really was, maybe there is something similar to replace it.
