I have a blend date of 06/13/2018. FYI, the sequence number, or last 5 digits of the VIN, does not reflect the position in the build queue. In other words a sequence number of 83845 does not necessarily mean it was built before a car with a sequence number of 83849. Rob

Like Tony indicated above, before you start do an inventory. This is a fairly large project.. Make sure you have all of the parts, tools, and space to complete it. Patience will go a long way in avoiding be frustrated and making mistakes. Whipple should not knowingly send out incomplete...

Ordered Ford Racing Hood struts and black wheel lugs nuts. Got order status, tracking info, and two day delivery. Prices were the best I found for these items. Worked well for me. Would order from them again. I don't work for or know anyone there. Just a satisfied customer. FWIW. Rob

Had Mageride on my ZL1. While it was a great novelty for a while the reality is that I kept it in touring mode 95% of time. Sure sport mode helps at the track but like anything it is a compromise. For the GT I chose to take the money and setup the suspension the why I want it for mild track days...

I would go with the "lockin". They won't be expecting that..... :faint:

COTUS Down Again.... I anyone else seeing COTUS reporting "No Matching Vehicle Found" or did my order get cancelled? Thanks, Rob

FWIW, The TORSEN is the carrier or differential. The ring gear and pinon set the gear ratio. I don't have the part numbers of each TORSEN for auto or manual in front of me. It is likely it is the same part for either transmission. Rob

Curious as to where the last 2018 unit sequence numbers are(the last five digits of the VIN). On the car I am ordering the number is: 83866 EDD is: 6/26/18. Any after this? TIA, Rob

Got an update from COTUS. EDD is now 6/26/18. Pull in of 9 days. Nice! Rob

For those interested in timing. I got an update from COTUS that the estimated delivery date is 7/5/18. Again ordered 3/29. About 10 weeks. Rob

I think the Magneride is going to be an issue. I was told that option was on allocation and could not be ordered in a 2018. Would have to wait for 2019. Good luck! Rob

The order for a GT Premium coupe went in on 3/29/18. Apparently almost got bounced due to 401A option availability. However, as of yesterday I got a VIN. So now the waiting game commences.... Rob
