  1. UPR Catch Can

300 miles only? Wow, took me about 2000 to get that with the JLT. Goes to show how much better the UPR system is (well not accounting to different conditions/mods)
  2. UPR Catch Can

[ame] This is how mine looked as well, I realise a lot of that is water but really for $200-400 over the next 2-4 years of ownership it will definitely have a positive cumulative effect (in my view). I'm not a mechanic nor am I an engineer but when I see mechanics/engineers recommend it I...
  3. UPR Catch Can

Lets use simple logic. Why do we use insurance? I haven't had an accident since I got T-Boned on my motorcycle in 2005, yet I have insurance. So I have paid over 20k insurance and not used it... $200-400 is a pretty cheap insurance policy without the need to prove God exists. I have emptied...
  4. The big Intercooler thread.

No offense but why would you try and save $100-150 on critical component when you get the real one ... my feeling its a USA car, stick to USA parts :P
  5. Road course intercooler options

MAPerformance Street FMIC COBB FMIC Mishimoto FMIC Garett FMIC The above all use the standard location of install and are rated to 500-550whp. I have just installed the MAP one, however I understand the Cobb and Garrett are nice as well. Mishimoto is also a popular choice. I can't comment on...
  6. MBRP Race Exhaust Review

So just had my mods all put in. Can I say, that in the 30-40kms I did with it since the install I am exteremely happy. I don't honestly have any "drone" no vibration at highway speed, yes I hear the exhuast inside the car but its not an irritating sound, its to me a sound of a performance...
  7. Want to gain 62WHP with just a tune?!

Most of us here are males, we were born playing with things so why stop?
  8. How to disable the Active Noise Control

I bought myself the a module for the Forscan so will turn off the crappy synth when my exhaust finally goes on :) As the module is coming ex HK, I'll be able to report on the difference in drone if any :)
  9. Mishimoto Catch Can hose size?

I thought the same, however the instructions on the website are out of date. New one is only slightly more complex in that you change one piece out on your air tube (Bottom rubber connector) but there is no drilling involved.. the piece is a direct replacement from stock but has the hose...
  10. Mishimoto Catch Can hose size?

Everyone says that the UPR is by far the best (with the upgraded 100psi valve) - something to do with how it handles WOT blow by vs the others. I personally went the JLT over the mishimoto just to keep the car all American.
  11. Does MAP have any inventory

I had to wait a couple weeks for my intercooler but was told it was because my orders were being grouped up before international shipping. End result is me waiting patiently, but the product is worth the wait =)
  12. Cold start w/sweet smell, white smoke, rough idle (Problem?)

Mate, you must be made of money. Why on gods green Earth are you driving this vehicle. You really want to blow it and buy a built motor obviously, its the only reason! Seriously you are moments from disaster. That oil is fubar. If the guy wants grill shutters so he can do this under...
  13. TUNE+ Pre-gapped spark plugs, you know the original... (ALWAYS IN STOCK!)

You obviously didnt follow the link, I'll make it easy! So yeah, not sold out just not using them anymore.
  14. New Guy...

G'day mate. I'm pretty new here as well but have been reading on a very regular basis. Welcome to the ecoboost fun :) As far as your upgrades go, in Florida I would suggest the first investment would be FMIC. There are generally 2 types, OE replacement or ones that are larger and require...
  15. TUNE+ Pre-gapped spark plugs, you know the original... (ALWAYS IN STOCK!)

https://adamtuned.com/collections/ford-ecoboost-mustang-engine/products/denso-itv22-5340-spark-plugs-pre-gapped-to-tune-specs-set-of-4?variant=9108172805 They are listed but noted that they switched to NGK's and not carrying these anymore.
  16. TUNE+ Pre-gapped spark plugs, you know the original... (ALWAYS IN STOCK!)

Ouch, AFAIK Tune+ stopped using Densos in favor of NGK's for quality reasons so your batch may have been part of the reason for the change. I guess its a risk with any plugs tho especially when running high boost in likely a very hot engine.
  17. Is this dried up Wax

Ouch, hope it turns out. I have a back Mustang and have become very very anal about detailing it to try and preserve the shine and have a nice swirl free car. I won't let anyone touch it aside from my detailer who I trust :)
  18. TUNE+ Pre-gapped spark plugs, you know the original... (ALWAYS IN STOCK!)

I'm guessing you typed this from a phone as I have no idea what you just said? So you had Denso plugs break an insulator? I have no idea what you're saying??
