I had this same issue. The reverse lockout had moved. This would cause first gear to jam and not go in. It eventually got so bad that it would go into reverse. I took the boot off and adjusted the reverse lock out nut. After that problem solved. There is a video about how to adjust.

First thing I would check is tires. Either bumps in the tire, nails and tire balance. If none of that fixes it I would start looking at driveshaft or wheel bearings. If it's when you are braking I would check rotors.
