I’ve got about 2,500 miles on mine and I’m averaging 24.6. The average has been slowly increasing. Over the last 5 tanks, I’ve averaged 24.9.

I have an Ecoboost PP with the A10 and I haven’t had any issues with the transmission hunting. Cobra_Jet mentioned that the rear gear makes a difference so the 3.55 gears may prevent mine from hunting. I’ve got just over 2,000 miles on it so far and I love this car.
I was going to ask if using it on the rear would cause problems since the Ecoboost PP has the Torsen rear end. But I just found another message thread https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40727where someone contacted Torsen and they said using the mini spare wouldn’t hurt as long...
I want a spare tire for my 2018 Ecoboost PP. Can anyone make a good recommendation? Ideally, I’d like it to fit in the wheel well and not stick up. Thanks.
Mustangs have had an electronic throttle since 2005. I got a tune for my 2005 Mustang GT specifically because of the poor throttle response of the factory tune. The custom tune really woke the car up.
I basically agreed with your previous post, except for the large numbers comment.
I knew $92,000 was high for a Grand Sport, but I had not priced them. After my last post, I looked at prices for Grand Sports. $92,000 is way high for a Grand Sport.
I suppose “large numbers” is a relative term. GM has sold 22,801 Corvettes through November of this year. Not sure how many were Grand Sports, but I wouldn’t consider it a large number.
I do agree, though, that $92,000 is really high for a Grand Sport.
I drove a base model 2018 Ecoboost with the 10 speed about a week and a half ago. In normal driving, I barely noticed it shifting. When pushed, it seemed to shift quickly and didn’t have to hunt for the right gear. I’ve got an 18 Ecoboost Premium PP A10 on order now.
TheLion, thanks for the info. I’ve got an 18 Eco Premium A10 Performance Package on order. I expect it to be as fast as my 2005 Mustang GT.
I still love driving my 05 GT, but I’m ready for something new. :)
