I clay barred the trunk lid, wiped down with rubbing alcohol, applied 3M Adhesion promoter and ran two lines of 3M Super Strength Molding Tape. Thing is rock solid after the tape cures and has its final bond. Id recommend it for sure.

That’s how I did mine no issues at all. 130mph+ Not a wiggle.

Zero issues with mine. Not a 350 style but eBay. Top painted gloss black To match roof and the underside satin/ matte to better match the rear, side, front splitters.

So to follow through with look of the front 3pc splitter extensions I made , I decided to make a simple and subtle side lip. 110% happy with how this came out! Now to figure out the rear

Customer of mine supplies ABS, I took measurements and designed the line work on the computer. Then used a CNC to route out the file. Has to make a few adjustments via sanding by hand but that’s all on the inside section that’s not seen.

Thanks, High impact ABS plastic. Mounted it with 4 screws on each with washers and two strips of high bond tape.

Same one I have! Love mine. Fitment was fantastic. I have the very top top painted gloss black and left the underside satin black.

Can you link to this specific part?? Looks like glass, was this flat plastic and then painted or just a pic off the internet?

Finally got around to installing the subtle but so sweet lip for the PP splitter I designed and made. Previous owner did a solid matte black.... I removed the first week I owned. I wrapped roof gloss black and never looked back ( except in the parking lot when I look back at er :p) stripes are just not for me.

It’s the “15-18 Ford Mustang Coupe H Style High Kick V Unpainted Trunk Spoiler - ABS” I’m not sure if it’ll cover existing holes. I have the spoiler delete so luckily had no holes to cover. I’m guessing it wouldn’t because it doesn’t come more than an inch up on the deck lid.
