Good choice from what I read and hear! I am still on the Whipple tune, same setup as you on a 2015. For me, it is plenty of power. 1st and 2nd gears are useless with 305s Nitto 5s in rear, with 3.75 pully. I can't imagine what more power will do to the rear wheels...my car also has the Viking...
Guys, the confusion here is the following. The Gen 2 Whipple is capable of producing north of 1000 hp on the Coyote motors I believe, the new gen 5 maybe 1200 capable. But all that needs to have all the supporting mods for a safe healthy engine, ie e85, or high octain race fuel, to minimize the...
No one mentioned this, unless I missed it. But if I understand correctly you are on a 3.625 pulley? Why not go down to 3.5? The Gen 2 stage 2 Whipple came with 3 pulleys, 3.75, 3.625 and a 3.5. The kit is listed as a 825 crank hp.
I vouch for protonmail as well, privet and secure. Free for basic usage. It is so private that if you loose your password you won't be able to recover it...they don't save or have any control of your account...it is up to the user, just like Bitcoin...you are your own bank.
That is fine, just realize you will need to invest around 20k give or take to do all that. I would say enjoy the great pp1 Coyote you currently have for few years to come, and instead invest your money in some assets to accumulate and build your fortune. You are young and have plenty of time to...
You buy BC for the long run as an investment asset. You cost average, buying Evey week some at the same time. You do not need to be a day trader to make money on BC. I advised my daughter to buy some, and she is doing very well...with all the money being printed by the Fed, the dollar is being...
It is going to 100k by end of year conservatively, probably more. This is why big institutions and banks are buying it now like there is no tomorrow. Even PayPal is buying it... She is very smart to be looking into it, definitely buy!
Good luck!
This is the closest video to the real sound of the Gibson I could find,
The drone is mostly while cruising in 6th gear, so if you do a lot of highway cruising at low speeds of 60mph, it could be annoying after a while. Above 65 it is gone.
I too had the Gibson cat back, the best sounding low tone muscle car sound imho. I LOVED it, very deep sound, like a big block. I remember one day my wife and I went to the super market. She waited in the car, it was cold so I left the car running idle. When I got out of the store, I heard this...
Almost looks like a RTR (which is made by Magnaflow), but I think the RTRs have a separate removable tip.
Congratulations on your "new" S550, you are going to LOVE this car :).
This is what I was testing and found no difference when switching between normal and sport+ while car is moving with same throttle. I did not try to change to snow though, makes sense it will change the throttle mapping.
