I posted in the Surrey thread and suspected it was you when you mentioned you are in Chobham. I got so excited seeing it that day :). Also yesterday, when I saw you, I let you turn right. I had to slow down quite a bit but was worth it to get that extra few seconds view of the Mustang.
I was thinking the same when I saw that picture on their facebook. I'm heading to Mercedes Benz World tomorrow morning and was hoping to go by Bill Shepherd but I imagine all their cars will be at Goodwood...
Might go by next week...
The cars that were outside were BMW's own cars. The row of cars with the McLarens I'm not entirely sure why they ended up parking there. Snorty parked where everyone else was parking except that at the time, nearly everyone had left. It's around the same place where the Evoras were parked...
Thanks mate.
They should have sent an email. It seems to me they didn't organise it too well. A lot of people turned up for less than an hour and just left. The parking at 11am or so was near empty so I'm pretty sure anyone could have turned up.
The ones at Mercedes Benz World are always better.
Definitely. I'm actually 5mins drive from Lightwater so I might end up seeing you driving it around in the summer. But thanks for letting me have a sit in your pride and joy :).
I wish I had taken better pictures though, it wasn't until I got back home that I realised the camera was using...
Here are my pics of some of the cars at the Sunday Service. Apologies for all the BMWs but the highlight was at the end ;)
That was Snorty's Magnetic GT and he let me take a few pics as...
Is he? That's cool.
I agree, I liked his enthusiasm and he's produced the only UK review that I have seen that points out all the UK vs US differences.
Was just checking if anyone had signed up already. Plus people who didn't make the first 200 places can still park nearby. Although I suppose it would be harder to show off your car.
