Tried the next/previous buttons to fast forward / rewind . . . it takes forever to move even 5 mins. They really need to let you scroll through a track via the screen...

What's the MAX volume setting on SYNC3? I had mine at 10 and it was pretty loud. Given the volume "chart" (circular image that shows the volume level visually) - I would imagine it had a LONG way to go.

That almost makes too much sense ;) I would hope since it's Wi-Fi upgrade enabled, they'll make it scroll-able, too. Simple software fix I'm sure.

They probably have me (and others not getting anything $$ wise) in the system as having ordered a car already with a payment down?? Why bother giving us a rebate?

Update: so the account sign-up started working again, but at the bottom of the main screen all I get are some service and tire replacement rebates. :shrug:

I have the EAA X-Plan printout in front of me.. and it says that the $275 fee is included in the X-Plan price already, and should "NOT" be added on. Getting confusing here...
