I would think the keyfob doesn't count as it's not on the car, but the projector light has to be pony shaped and, while displaying on the ground, is on the car technically... I have not seen anymore than the OP mentioned.

Why are you paying 5% interest on a loan if you have the savings? The way i was told when i was younger was you can't afford a new car until you can put 10% or more down and have a year's worth of payments saved on top of that. It's worked for me ever since. Use your savings to pay down...

That car is going to stay on the island - I have to think the shipping back to the mainland would be an ADM unto itself. ADMs suck but I paid one anyway cuz I wanted the car. Call me what you will but 4 out of the 8 dealers I could find that knew what I was talking about in May were auctioning...
