  2. Loose Rear-end Sensation (especially when accelerating)

Any updates on this ? I am still feeling some looseness in the rear, even after the alignment, and adjusting both the shock and struts, It's better, but something still feels off. What is the easiest way to tell if i having any issues wither either the knuckles or wheel bearings ? It has also...

  4. Loose Rear-end Sensation (especially when accelerating)

Do you know which rear knuckle specifically ? Will the car need to be re-aligned after adjusting the shocks/struts?
  5. Loose Rear-end Sensation (especially when accelerating)

"Your Mileage May Vary" basically like saying "may be different in your experience" Really appreciate the Feedback, I'm going to try messing with it, and see where I like it. For the rears, was it easy/hard to do? Can you do it from home?
  6. Loose Rear-end Sensation (especially when accelerating)

So took it in for an Alignment, got it much closer to the BMR recommended specs. Steering has gotten a lot better. There is still some play, but not as bad. Now whats bothering me even more, is this (having a hard time explaining) soft/bouncy feel of the car. I just don't feel like I have full...

  8. Loose Rear-end Sensation (especially when accelerating)

So a while ago, I use to have the steeda control arms. Did not like the feel of them, so switched the out the FP ones. Thanks for the explanation on clocking/indexing the bushings. Am I hoping someone who is experience in lowering vehicles would be privy to that. I will figure out way of...
  9. Loose Rear-end Sensation (especially when accelerating)

Really appreciate the feedback and suggestions! Control arms are Ford Performance, I do have a set of Steeda ones with longer ball joints (but took these off sometime ago, did nsoftot like how the steering would get stuck when fully turned). As for "bushings clocked/indexed" I don't entirely...
  10. Loose Rear-end Sensation (especially when accelerating)

I would say its between getting the new FP Street Springs installed (replacing the Eibach Sportlines) or the Alignment. I have feeling it was it was after the alignment, because after the spring install (I had to drive the car to a different shop for an alignment, and I don't remember having...

Hey @JohnBoyNC, I have the steeda bumpsteer kit already installed.
  12. Loose Rear-end Sensation (especially when accelerating)

Hey Guys, I am experiencing a different issue now (maybe an issue, not sure yet).... Basically I feel like I have a little more play in the steering then I should. In essence, the steering wheel is not as responsive as it should be (regardless of what steering mode I am in). I replaced out my...

    I’ll PM you
  14. Check your roof for damage; new tonneau caps required

Just came across this thread, and I am having the same exact issue. Wondering if folks had more recent success taking it in for repair? So just to recap, the dealership would replace the cloth with new cloth, and replace the tonneau covers? Also, any fear of further damage, if left as is?
  15. 2017 convertible with smartTOP module

hmm I have been wanting to do this..... maybe its time
  16. Steering Assist Fault Service Required Light On

Hey guys I just experienced this for the first time, as I was driving on freeway.. freaked me out, thought the car turned off.. Pulled over to the side, turned it on and off a few times for it to go away... I have not looked under the hood, I’m going to checkout what @Jpol908 said
  17. Loose Rear-end Sensation (especially when accelerating)

Alright Folks! We are in much better shape, but there may be room for improvement. I am hesitant though, to mess with anything lol. Thanks to everyone for their help! But a special shutout to @Dr. Norts for specifically pointing out that some may not know how to adjust the camber adjustment in...
  18. Loose Rear-end Sensation (especially when accelerating)

I did not drive immediately after that, left it at the shop, for them do the alignment Monday.
  19. Loose Rear-end Sensation (especially when accelerating)

Aright peeps, took it to a different shop. These dudes were cool, and seemed knowledgeable, but who the heck knows! But they were welcoming, and let me inspect the car with them right off the bat. I dove the car myself onto the lift, and we all looked under at the same time... and holy crap...
