The trim levels add a wing to replace the spoiler

But if you then add those option groups like 200 or 300 you loose the delete

Spoiler delete is available on a number of eco-boost and GT cars. However if you add any of the option packages the only car with spoiler delete is the Bullitt ------and then you forego the pony badges (and you pay a lot more) Also the gauge package which looks cool id less available than it was

No Not so easy. The steering wheel badge change means changing the airbag; the rear of the car you have to, I am told, change the rear panel
