I have never bought an aftermarket bumper for my mustang but have bought aftermarket body parts before for another vehicle. I would NEVER do it again. The fit was not right and they required a lot of time and modification to make them work. Holes didn't line up and the overall fit was terrible...
I run Amsoil DCT in my MT-82. Big improvement in shifting smoothness. I should have switched on day 1 to be honest. Huge improvement in my Gearbox in my opinion.

I also have the mach 1 active exhaust with a Roush X pipe. I dont hear any noticeable drone in the car with this set up. I had MBRP race version and the drone was Terrible.

F15o with the 3.5 EcoBoost. Finish it off with a Livernois tune and you will have a badass tow vehicle that is more than enough for what you're doing. Honestly the tune just cleans up the 10 speed transmission and a few other nannies. The truck is great without the tune. But completely awesome...
The hood nuts came right off for me. You are correct though the paint does get a little messed up on the hood nuts. Nothing a little touch up paint can't fix.
