Its not an official engine yet, i'm sure it wont be produced there. Maybe in small numbers for the euro spec focus RS. Its production will probably be brought over like the 2.0 eb.
Bridgend also puts out a 1.4 and 1.25. Non US motors.
Hey Rampant, do you have a slightly overhead view you could work with? I would love to see home hood designs in the thread!
I've always had a thing for this type of hood:
I know since the 'stang holds her motor up front the design can't be as dramatic as the first two, but maybe more...
I think theres a slight difference. On the s197 shown there isnt a pocket. On Rampant's design, without allowing the air through, theres going to be a V shaped pocket on each side. Maybe that would make a difference?
Aerodynamics are not my strong point ^.^
If my car ever is designed so that it tells me how I have to have my wheel tilted or positioned or where I need to put my hands, it wont be my car for long. I could care less how im supposed to hold the wheel, or what height I should have it set at. I will be comfortable when I drive. If a...
i think if Lincoln actually built a 4 door sedan worth driving (rear wheel drive) it would sell like hotcakes. I could care less if it uses the 3.5 TT the coyote or even the Voodoo, as long as its fast. Cadillac has brewed some nasty sedans under the V badge, and i think Lincoln should dip into...
All vehicles have an intended market. It actually greatly matters what demographic you're in. If you're in the demographic of people who buy these types of vehicles well then Lincoln has a problem.
But, like me for example, I am nowhere close to being the kind of person to drive anything...
the car and driver topic is a bit old, but man, if those wheels were just 5 solid spokes instead of split spokes, with that chrome edging. Id pay through the teeth for a set of those.
What demographic do you sit in? Since your on a mustang site i don't think your also in the market for an MKC. However, I already know a few who love the Tahitian Pearl. (But these people are not anywhere close to being in the demographic for a new mustang)
I think two posts up someone liked...
it was 3 bucks on the android market, i like to support those who put out decent apps. after i used the freebie for a while i bought the pro version or what not.
haven't had any issue yet, on a galaxy S4
Well that badge is awd so no worries! :D i'm sure the mkc has a different tune being a small suv /crossover. Weve seen that before with the coyote and 3.5 tt in truck applications.
Is this a valid fact? If so, inefficient exhaust or not, I think crossplane takes the win. 5 liters is fairly small, even in Ford's history there lies an 1,100 ci crossplane 8 cylinder. Thats what, 18 liters?
I may be wrong here but I'm pretty sure the 2 valve was always intended as a truck motor that trickled its way down into other platforms. After all, the F150 profit pays for the mustangs R&D.
