Those are base 18s. You can tell by looking at the pictures alone. Thats also the standard wheel on GT and GT Prems with no PP or appearance pack so it makes sense.

Those wheels are special wheels just for the LE. They come stock on LEs. HOWEVER Ford has created a similar LOOKING wheel for regular Mustangs and its part of the 50th Anniversary Appearance Package for Ecoboost and GT Premium mustangs. They look a lot like this but a lil smaller, less wide.

There are no options on an LE. Everything is included including the performance pack. That's why it has the Brembos. Only option is automatic, which this one has. Window sticker looks normal.
