Which oring on the tial? The one on the mounting clamp or internal on the piston?

I’ve only used one once on my Wrx. I just pressurized the system and sprayed soapy water to look for bubbles. But if you want to pump up to a certain psi and see if it’s holding then cap the TB end. But yeah it won’t hold psi as it will go through the TB Yes it’s a tial clone

Well you’re just testing the piping from the Supercharger to the throttle body. So you just need to remove the piping on the intake side of the head unit and pump it up from there. You don’t need to remove the pipe going into the throttle body

Im not 100% sure. I believe the filter is a 4" filter, but not sure if it steps down to 3" at the head unit

Its 12" long. I believe 4" diameter. check the diameter of the silicone pipe to confirm. then use the measurements of the stock MAF to make up a bracket.

Yeah mine was fluttering as well. Might be time to order (or make) a boost leak tester. Amazon has plenty of them

Just double check everything. Also check the stem ( part the banjo fitting screws into) of the BOV. If you tighten the banjo fitting too hard it will unscrew the stem and you will get a leak. I took mine apart and wrapped it with teflon tape. Granted the leak would be post MAF but worth a look at

No, the centrifugal style makes power higher in the rpm. When I’m just cruising around I am in vacuum 90% of the time. I only make boost when I really want to. So it feels stock until you give it the beans and take off like a rocket lol
