Thanks for the prompt answer :clap2:! I didn't know about the pre-filter. For everyone else in the forum, here's a link for more information on the pre-filter:

Does this pre-filter affect...
I can't quite tell from the photos, but is the heat extractor directly above the CAI enclosure? If so, is there any concern with water ingestion when it's raining, or soaking the filter during a carwash? Does the filter prevent water going through the intake? I plan on getting a JLT intake...
Be glad you don't live in Providence, RI. There are annual taxes for 6% of the assessed value (minus a $1000 exemption). If the car is assessed at $41K, the tax for the year would be $2,400 :eyebulge:. This is in addition to the sales tax of 7% you paid when you purchased the car.
Thankfully...
Is Lethal's nGauge hardware/firmware the same as Lund's? Can you load non-Lund tunes onto the nGauge Lethal is selling? Can you or Lund detail specifically what the differences are between Lund's firmware and the vanilla firmware?
I plan on getting and staying with Lund tunes, but others may...
I don't know if this is typical or not, but Lethal Performance put a JLT + Lund tune on their 2015 GT and picked up 27 HP/25 TQ at peak. This was done in December.
I'm having issues posting the link, but they have an entire article about the install/testing on the SVTPerformance website, search...
Ditto!
Regarding Lund's Facebook post, he priced the NGauge at $549 including a tune, or $449 if you already have a Lund tune. For reference, Beefcake has a website price of $475 for the SCT X4 + Lund tune. Thus, the NGauge has a $74 premium over the SCT X4 given this pricing, which seems...
I would definitely prefer a digital speedometer.
My biggest gripe with the needle speedometer is that the face of the gauge is not tilted toward the driver. It seems parallel with the rest of the gauges/screens above the steering column, such that if you want to see your actual speed, you...
Hi guys! I'm checking in from West Warwick, RI!
I got my car in November and am so thankful this winter is over so that I can finally drive it without worry!
Ford ended up not being able to do much about my HomeLink. They thought it could be an issue with my opener.
However, I finally figured out my HomeLink issue! Universal remotes wouldn't pair with the HomeLink in the car, but I was able to track down a Craftsman remote (same make as my...
This is my best friend, Blucifer!
Before anyone says anything, immediately after taking this photo, I gave it a nice wash (including undercarriage) and it is now sitting cozily in the garage for the rest of winter.
I can't even get mine to pair. :frusty:
I called up HomeLink to walk me through it, but even they were baffled.
I'll have the Ford dealership try to do the initial remote pairing (where it fails, even with fresh batteries and a new remote) when I go in for my first oil change.
Well, I got the ADVAN Sport A/S 275/40R19 and 255/40R19 put on my stock PP wheels yesterday. After riding down the interstate for a bit to warm them up and burn off any film, I gave it WOT on some back roads and the tires held tight to the road at 35F. :clap2: I was in Sport+ mode with a manual...
When I lived in New Hampshire, I swapped my Winter tires with my Summer tires after each season (didn't have dedicated wheels). I have since moved to Rhode Island, which has very mild Winters, as far as snow goes. I plan on driving my "beater" during icy or snowy days, but I need tires on my...
Thanks for the replies! Since I already have my tires ordered, I'll just go with the 255s up front and be extra careful (as if I'm not already).
I don't know which tires will fit the wheels, other than what tire rack recommends when I input my car model. I understand how to read the...
Thank you! I price matched with a local tire store, who offered even less (a little) than what Tire Rack was charging. Hopefully these will improve my cold weather, dry grip! I don't plan on driving in snow or wet conditions during the Winter.
My car is at the detailer getting Opti-coated and an XPel Ultimate clear bra put on the front bumper, but when I get it back later this week, I'll document the install of a PP Sto-N-Sho and provide post-installation photos. It may take until Saturday for me to do the install and post the...
