I dunno how anyone can say this is plain. It's the V6 model..... have you guys seen a '14 V6 mustang lately? its very plain stock. The GT is gonna be very nicely put together if this is what they have to work with. they also gave themselves room to grow the design.
The commercial is peaceful, serene, nice for a lifestyle product like an Apple commercial. Not a Mustang. Which should be bold, energetic and aggressive like the Need For Speed trailer. I'm not saying they need to blow shit up but it should make me feel some adrenaline.
Apparently there are both flat plane and cross plane versions of the Voodoo engine being tested right now (info from another forum).
It's interesting, maybe the cross plane version is being setup for use of forced induction in a later SE variant?

They didn't explain how they knew it was the I4, but as Kzstang pointed out the red line is probably what gives it away. Not much else was said besides:
"It was driven as well. GM guy but no hate from him. Said he thinks it feels sluggish until in boost, pulls well but not...
I doubt the 2014.5, if it exists, would have any major design differences. If they choose to leave the fogs out of the grill, it's because it won't look right on such a modern looking car, no matter what model year designation they give it. It's really not any different than the SN95 mustangs...
Considering a lot of the widebody kits for the S197 actually look like the S550 in many ways (sskirts, front splitter, vents) I would agree. Those bigger hips and larger wheels should complement it nicely.
Turbo lag is really a thing of the past. I can't say for sure that's the case for the 2.3L but its virtually a dead topic in this day and age especially when you are talking about the 4 cylinder EcoBoost engines that use relatively small turbos which help to make lag nearly nonexistent. With...
My first real post here and I just wanna say this side view would be the sexiest Mustang profile ever. Makes every other one look instantly dated. Now don't get me wrong I love the retro classics but if we're gonna go modern, THIS all the way!
Hi all, Frank here. Been loitering long enough figured I should sign up since we're getting close. I love the site, it's exceptional. All the great material here and coverage of this car is unlike anything I've seen in the Mustang world. Also like the good friendly environment for members...
