having this exact same issue.
first became noticeable after getting an alignment to finally dial the car in properly. Very noticable at lower speeds and slowing down at a red light. Little less noticeable but still there from a slow take off from dead stop.

Im noticing a really audible popping noise from the right rear now... was thinking possibly blown strut or somethin loose possibly... but then came across this thread not really sure whats going on now

and btw the dealership never actually called me when they got the part in ... typical Ford dealership customer service for this area..

I contacted CJPP after the last one thinking it was a muffler issue because of the rattle, so they contacted MBRP about it. Took it to a second shop and realzied it was actually an issue with the exhaust touching the rear again - so I let CJ know. Ill post here if...

I have had to have mine adjusted more than once now because the left pipe/muffler/tip slowly moves over time and ends up touching my rear valance and causing a rattle.

my problem is one side seems to want to creep up over time and touch the rear valance, causing vibration issues on cold start. Ive had it readjusted twice now over the last 3-4 months. Will look for a better longer-term solution if it creeps back up again
for sure.. its nice when you physically have a small vibration on your wrist as an alert too haha
