  1. Selling gt350.. do you let someone test drive?

Honestly, no. I don't buy used from people. If I did and I have driven the car then I would have it inspected and be fine not driving it. What am I going to find that a mechanic wont by driving it?
  2. Selling gt350.. do you let someone test drive?

I am in the camp of no test drive. I will take the car to a mechanic at their expense if they are concerned. The car has a warranty I assume. Too many joy riders out there. I have sold vehicles with no test drive. They crash your car, you are on the hook and have to go after them for it.
  3. Is it me? Have used GT350 price jumped up lately?

Very true. Deal fell through today do to his finances. I am strongly debating if I will keep it listed.
  4. Is it me? Have used GT350 price jumped up lately?

This just makes me think I am under selling my car by a ton at 49,990. Had interest but no offers when it was higher. Mine is 2018. Still wondering if I should really go through with the sale, (other party still getting finances in order)
  5. Used 2016 GT350, yay or nay?

The OP doesn't want to track and wants all the tech pack including seats. So R would not work for him.
  6. Used 2016 GT350, yay or nay?

I didn't post ad or price because it is above the OP price. I have it listed at $52k not trying too hard to sell. You can PM if interest in more details but trying to not hijack his thread.
  7. Used 2016 GT350, yay or nay?

One thing to consider is if you can get lower mileage and you do not put on a ton of miles a year you will be able buy a lower mileage extended warranty. I have mine listed for sale but if I end up keeping mine, I will probably be able to get the 8 year 36k mile for around $1800 vs as you go up...
  8. Is it me? Have used GT350 price jumped up lately?

I have my 2018 GT350 listed and I have started getting emails/calls from dealers around the country offering to buy my car. A dealer is willing to pay 47k for a used GT350 it sets a nice floor for private party. I have turned down offers of 50k for my car. Partially because I am not sure if I...
  9. Purchasing a used gt350 soon, answer my questions?

It depends would be my answer. The rate of failure is to be said in the same realm as any other car out there. This is just a concentrated group of owners of the same car so those who have blown the motor will be posting about it here. The reason I say it depends on the above car is, When does...
  10. First time at the track with the GT350

Side note, I see you are in Iowa, have you gone to Raceway Park of the Midlands/I29?
  11. First time at the track with the GT350

That is what I did. I ended up having basically a full liter can left. But now it is opened which is not ideal, so I would suggest only opening 1 see if you are satisfied with it and then open the other if you feel you need to push more through. I had the factory fluid in for 2 events last year...
  12. First time at the track with the GT350

1 1 liter container works. You can get 2 if you really want to push a bunch through to make sure every drop is fresh. With out looking at the manual I believe the system is 3/4 of a liter. (Sorry short term memory already purged it)
  13. First time at the track with the GT350

I am no pro, so others might have better ideas or are more OCD. But when I did it you could tell the difference of clear enough that I was confident I had new fluid. Changing early makes me not as worried if a little old fluid was left in. I pushed the I highly recommend...
  14. First time at the track with the GT350

It's the original fluid from the factory, car is a 2017 and has a bit over 6000 miles. I don't use the brakes a whole lot on the street. I prefer to heel-toe all the time and let the engine do most of the work while making great voodoo noises, so I'd never given a thought to changing the brake...
  15. First time at the track with the GT350

I use stock Brake fluid with no issues. How many miles/how long has the brake fluid been in the car? I did change the fluid well before it needed it this year. I have been thinking about the same thing with cup 2's. From what others have said, you will notice significant increase in grip with...
  16. Help me decide between Velocity Blue and Performance Blue

I am glad someone gave a shout out to Kona Blue!!
  17. Getting the new rev match feature on our 350s

I am thinking about getting one too. I learned heal toe last year, not amazing yet, my first track day is July 2nd so we will see how it goes.
  18. Car Wash goes terribly wrong

I only see one option there, Don't Drive the care when salt is on the ground. (Just to make sure, to each their own. But that is my rule)
  19. 2018 gt350 production numbers?

I bought it used. I assume it was one of the OTT ones. But it doesn't have the stripes on the rough. The previous owner owned it for about 6 or 7 months. Most of it being winter so not sure if he removed them.
  20. 2018 gt350 production numbers?

So my car doesnt even fit in one of those options. I have a 2018 Kona Blue with Black stripes, But my roof has no stripes nor does it have a painted black roof. It is Kona Blue. Did they just remove the Stripe afterwards? hmmm 1 of ....... 1
