  1. Noisy rear discs

Thanks for that. Mine sounds like a very faint rumble when the brake is applied. I'll call the dealer in the morning to get it looked over.
  2. Noisy rear discs

Cheers - sounds like a trip to the dealer is in order then.
  3. What did you do to your UK S550 Mustang Today

Cheers. Lack of useful hooks in the boot is an annoyance.
  4. Noisy rear discs

Anyone had noisy rear discs? Started to notice a slight hum/vibration from the rear when the brake is applied. Only done 6000 relatively easy miles so not expecting the discs to have warped but...you never know!
  5. What did you do to your UK S550 Mustang Today

More details on those luggage hooks please.
  6. Real world Oil change interval

I checked the oil level and it was fine. As was the appearance of the oil. So I reset the indicator.
  7. Real world Oil change interval

So my car had it's 1st 12 month service in April 2019 with 4000 miles on the clock. Fast forward to today, 5 months and 2000 miles later, the oil is showing as 3% life left. Is this normal? I've come from Porsche's requiring a service every 2 years.
  8. Dreaded dash rattle - Fixed :)

    Cheers will do.
  9. Dreaded dash rattle - Fixed :)

I don't suppose you've got a link to where I can buy the clips. Knowing me I'll probably break them pulling them out.
  10. Dreaded dash rattle - Fixed :)

Same rattle here. Noticeable at "elevated" motorways speeds. It's the undertray underneath the side skirt behind the front wheels. The plugs holding it in place fail. Yet to source replacement plugs.
  11. Took the winter tyres off

After a scorching bank holiday in the UK I decided to take off the Nokian winter tyres and fit the Pirelli P-Zeros. Went out early on Saturday morning during Storm Hannah and wow. The car is down right dangerous. Either Pirelli sold Ford a load of cheap Far East remoulds branded as P-Zeros or...
  12. First service prices? £310?!

  13. Mustang Topped as VED Car Tax Winner from 1st April

As said previously it seems ridiculous that the same car/engine combination are taxed at different rates depending on when they are registered. I seem to recall the government have previous form on this back in 2005/2006 it changed and my then Subaru WRX (55 plate) was in the higher rate...
  14. Mustang Topped as VED Car Tax Winner from 1st April

Got the V11 through this week for my 18 plate. I was expecting it to be £550 so very surprised it was only £140.
  15. Not much cop in the snow...

Winter tyres are you friend in this weather. In the warmer months simply "line lock" your P-Zeros outside of Kwik Fit and get the MPSS fitted.
  16. First service at 4k miles?

Took mine into the Ford dealer today. All they did was reset the oil life.
  17. Locking wheel nut

I don't think they bothered to PDI mine.
  18. Locking wheel nut

So I got the car tyres swapped over to the winters today. First time I've done the swap and noticed that none of the wheels had a locking wheel nut installed (I've had the car from new for 6 months). Looked in the glovebox and there they were all tucked up in a bag complete with invoice in US...
  19. First service at 4k miles?

Had this pop up today on mine. 6 months old and 2600 miles on the clock. Will check the quality of the oil tomorrow but suspect it's just a reset required due to the car being sat for months before I bought.
