I know I cant get them from the factory.... I just want to know if I buy a car with stock 18's and then go with set of 19's aftermarket or otherwise ,,,,will they fit and will I screw anything up. I'm going to guess its done a lot, just not bragged about.:clap2:

What I was trying to ask was if there would be any fitment issues. If I buy a base GT with 18 foundry wheels ( and the door tag says 18's are standard), could the 19's pictured above fit properly ? Or any Mustang bolt pattern 19's for that matter?

I am in the same boat. I don't want leather for a couple of reasons, one of which is this... This is a new car and that seat would make me nuts. Give me the cloth Recaros on a Premium and I'll place my order.

I realize the 19 tires would not work with an 18 wheel. What I was trying to say is that if I purchased a set of 19 rims and brought them to a tire shop and said sell me 19 tires for those rims.....they would not want to mount them on the car because the door tag says 18 was stock.

4 Prem. 19 wheels is almost 4 grand.....I don't think so.....

So I'm thinking of a base GT but I don't care for the 18" wheels. I would much rather have the 19's that you can order on the GT premium. So 2 questions.....1) is it a simple swap out for the 19 wheels and tires that Ford offers and 2) if the tag inside the door says 18" wheels, will a shop...

Great question. I wish the base could get 19" wheels. Not a fan of the 18" offerings. I just looked at a car this morning and it had the cloth seats....they were really nice.

Car looks great ! Silver over a red gut is classic. I have a question about the 18" wheels. What does the tag say on the inside of the door jamb ? Does it say max wheel and tire size is 18" or 20 "? Just wondering how this would affect a change later. Thanks

Yup.... got a notice from PAYPAL 2 WEELKS AGO THAT SOMETHING WAS SENT.... BUT NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. I HAVE emailed THEM BUT NO RESPONSE........ MAYBE IT WAS A BIG SCAM TO GET OUR $50 BUCKS !
