If the wheels are made by carbon revolution the lug nuts may be titanium. The carbon revolution wheels use a 2 piece titanium lug nut.

It is $3000. I saw it today when ordering.

You might check on that price for the electronics package. I saw $3000 when my dealer was entering in options.
