@TCornishIII Im curious if there’s a way to make the s550 guide look more integrated. What about a thin piece that would slip behind the chair side and then loop over the top, in a “U” to meet the existing “U” this would result in less material, no screw, and a cleaner look IMO.
Given your experience, can you please elaborate on what this part changes about the feel of the car? I’m curious to understand exactly what these bushings would change.
I swear to <insert_deity> one second it was cloudy and the next was the worst rain I’ve ever been in. A 2 lane highway turned into a river and when the car died the wake from 18 wheelers started to float the car like a bobber. Crazy.
I had a MazdaSpeed 6 back in the day with a fender CAI. A flash flood caught me and with a few inches of water on a highway I hydrolocked it. Large trucks pushed wakes of water and effectively tripled the depth, and there was nothing I could do. Every vane in the turbo was bent as were most...
I would start with the MGW and go from there. It’s great. No lockout. My car still “bangs” when going from N to 1st quickly but that’s the diff/drivetrain slop based on my understanding of things here. When the time comes I’ll do a new clutch and steel line.
Michelin PS4S if you want to drive down to 45. If you need to go below that then I would recommend the Michelin PS A/S 4. They are the best A/S tire I’ve ever driven on for my SUV. I replaced the Conti DWS06. Unfortunately Michelin doesn’t make them in 305 for my PP2. The cooper zeon A/S are...
Yea I think I’ll just have the dealer put a new one in next oil change/alignment. I drive it daily but only 20mi round trip highway. It has a dash cam hardwired so I’m not surprised by the message, especially with the winter temps on the east coast.
