  1. 2015 Ford Mustang LE FS

You go ahead and wait 45 days for the price to drop. lol What could go wrong? I paid 54,999 for number 98. i was thrilled. If you dont like the price, go by another car. If you can get it at MSRP, awesome! Nobody is putting a gun to your head to buy it. If they all went for MSRP, I know...
  2. Order Number match VIN?

My car is #98 and my vin is 00098. I thought only 6 cars had VINs that matched the car number. Does anybody else have matching numbers. Did I misunderstand the whole VIN matching thing?
  3. Speeding tickets...who's gotten them in there S550?

Always go to court if you can. They can lose the paperwork (happened to me) and you get no penalty, they can toss it out. They can reduce the fine and they can make you pay full price but not assess any points on your license. No downside here. You havent lost anything but time (and maybe...
  4. 2,610 Mile Update

    Well that is sexy!
  5. Is the actual build number on the car cover?

Maybe if we all trade covers, we can get the one that matches our car number. :)
  6. Official S550 Mustang Owners Registry

Thanks Ron I have to add pics of the new floor mats. I got white ones and the ambient light hits them and looks great. They also match the seats.

Here are the other pics. I will post some better ones when it sees the sun.
  8. 2015 Owners-Biggest Surprises/Disappointments so far

All Mustangs after 2011 ARE fast cars. 300 plus HP is nothing to scoff at. I have a 2012 V6 and that little pig scoots.
  9. Official S550 Mustang Owners Registry

I picked up my WW Limited Edition Anniversary #98 of 1964 from Portland Courtesy Ford on January 15, 2015. All these pictures are at the dealer when I picked it up. It has been raining forever here in WA. It is currently in my garage under a cover waiting for the sun.
  10. This might be a Rachel question, but...

I didnt have one so I called the dealers customer service rep. She asked the GM and he had it in his office. They are going to mail it to me Monday.
  11. 50th anniversary welcome kit

Most people have no idea what they are looking at even if you tell them. I'm ok with that. I was going to get s Roush S3 or a Cobra. It just seemed like a lot of money for a car I wasnt going to drive that much. This car has been great. No buyers remorse at all. As a bonus I kept my old...
  12. Who got the most?

I have a few names I use for my wife "interchangeably", but if I use the wrong one at the wrong time. It's not good.
  13. Who got the most?

I think this is a "trick" trivia. Cars don't have serial numbers, they have VIN numbers. That being said, I would say the first 5 cars are correct, and the last car. The rest were made, parked and numbered after. The first five were distributed with more pomp and circumstance, so they had to...
  14. Gone, but not Forgotten Sticky?

If my ex-wife got my car there would soon be only 1961 left. Just saying.
  15. 50th anniversary welcome kit

I had to sign for my owners kit from the UPS man. Hope you are home when he comes by.
  16. 50th anniversary welcome kit

I had no idea I was getting anything, until it showed up. I was pretty excited/happy about it. Of course I'm pretty easy to impress. I played with the card board box it came in for at least an hour.
  17. 50th anniversary welcome kit

I was kind of expecting a little robot horse that displayed a hologram of Henry Ford asking for my help to save the Mustang. He was saying I was his only hope and I had to do battle with several evil Camaro's to save the blue oval. Of course the robot horse would ride shotgun and tune my car...
  18. Collectibles/Wallet drains

I just got my owners Kit in the mail yesterday. I had a leather owners manual with the badge on the front but no matching number, a 50 years of mustang book, and a power pack you charge of phone or device with that had the mustang on it. I had to sign for it and had no idea what it was.
