Just curious why the plastic bags? Mine are in my basement stacked identically on a workbench (cept the bags). Will be putting mine on sometime this Summer I guess....current ones are at 5500mi and starting to slip more often but still have some tread left.

Probably my last update on all of this but I received the front tires today 305/30ZR19 SC2s as expected and my total cost forthe “R” OEM spec tire set was $1,090. Thanks a ton to whomever kicked off this thread way back around Cyber Monday!

Update - good news Noticed the 305/30R19 SC2s are back in stock with a Walmart # and Walmart as the seller (not 3rd party). Called them up yesterday morning and they issued a ‘replacement’ order. 12hrs later I have a FedEx tracking number and ETA for delivery is tomorrow. So pretty stoked...

Haha so true! I get a taste of that when I drive my Buick. Fortunately in my case I can barely hear anything above the “blub-blub-blub” lope of the cam in that 350CID!

There was...which I suspect is why it took 4-5wks to deliver my car on what should take about a day to drive. Avoiding it is smart on your part, should reduce the chance of it sitting in a rail car for a week or two.
