Yeah, I know it could have just been bad luck on my part with who I spoke with, but I've never had so many issues at a single dealership before so I take my business elsewhere at this point.

I've had nothing but bad experiences over and over with Chapman Ford's service dept. in Scottsdale. It's been bad enough that I drive to another dealership 15-20min away when Chapman is within walking distance of where I live. Can't recommend any others since I haven't had any shops do much on...

Mine has this issue too, with my old iphone and still with my S7 Edge. Music stops playing, I try hitting play on the screen, nothing, open phone to hit play, it plays but disconnects. Then says the phone is still connected... I end up turning bluetooth on/off on my phone and reconnecting.

Traded in a car you owned for a leased car you think is ugly and makes almost twice the power of the car you already thought had too much power as a DD. I don't get it..... :shrug:
