For those of you who have already placed an order, I understand it might be difficult to get dealer discount from MSRP, but do you get Ford rebates? If yes do you get any applicable rebates at the time of delivery or order? Thanks

This is a good deal! so they gave you the ford customer cash and private cash before delivery? I thought you only get whatever is the available rebate at the time of delivery not when you place the order? Thanks!
