Is MP Concept made in USA?

A few people have replaced the headers in the UK It is worth about 35bhp in total, but you have to bare in mind, that Ford have fitted something developed by a village idiot to be honest on the RHD version (Poorly welded chunk of metal, missing pipe and what looks like a hammer dent to work...
