My guess would be its a 73,000 dollar car and the has a markup on it since its a handling package car. You could fully option the car with carbon wheels and painted stripes and I still dont think you couuld make it to 93,000 (that car has neither). Just another scumbag dealer doing their thing.....

Get a bottle of Hyde's Rust Stopper and spray it on the rotors while they're still wet. It prevents the surface rust on the rotors from forming and also acts as a little barrier between the pads and rotor.

DIY here. Its really not difficult. Got a set of race ramps and a BIG (capacity and footprint) drain pan and the GT is a pleasure to do compared to my F150. The drain plug is always an area of concern, but I find if you just commit and pull it out as fast as you can there is almost no mess.
