Its the "mode" button to the far right of the toggle switches. There is a normal, sport+, track, and snow/wet mode there. Is that what you're looking for?
Mine makes all those funky noises too. From what i've been reading on the forums it seems to be normal.
And mine has that "thunk" when you go into 1st coming from neutral.
I already liked the 2011-2014 body styles and interiors. More so than what Chevy and Dodge had to offer at the time, and ever since I was kid I've always liked Fords even though my family doesn't. I had planned on getting a 2014 Mustang GT as soon as i became a RN...

I have the 3.55s on my car and it pulls! It's still decent on the highway, and I don't have to shift as much as I do in the 3.73 PP cars. The 3.73 guys can still haul ass in 5th though, by 5th in my car, it's not as strong of a pull.

this thing:
Pretty sure there is a shock sensor. The pneumatic tools discount tire was using triggered a warning chirp, and one of my brothers bumped a basketball into my car and that caused a warning chirp too.
FYI, the current Sync 2 system can connect to your home Wifi Network. I haven't figured out what the use is for though lol. Maybe for the system health report thing.
Mine will lock/unlock the doors if I'm washing my car with the key fob in my pocket. I just put it away far enough for the car not to detect it when I'm washing it. I did wash my car with the car locked/armed and it didn't honk at me once.
When I was getting my wheel locks installed at...
