From the way I understand it, the 20 inch wheel option is basically PP lite. Normal suspension, no strut tower brace, and the normal front splitter.

Nope. There's no saving this one. I had a similar issue with a tire on my truck and everyone I took it to said they could not in good conscience fix it. You're better off replacing it.
